With a core size of 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (step volume: 23.56 litres), this intercooler offers a 165% larger flow area and an impressive 223% more air volume than the original intercooler. The high-quality Competition high-performance core with internal turbulators guarantees optimum cooling performance. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler weighs just 13.8 kg, which emphasises its efficiency and lightweight construction.

The cast aluminium end pieces have been optimised with CFD flow analysis for excellent cooling properties and minimal back pressure. The EVO3 kit eliminates the original click connections and expands the connection to Ø65 mm on the intake side and Ø76 mm on the exhaust side. In addition, this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and a Ø76 mm aluminium air pipe. The result: unparalleled cooling performance and a significant increase in power.

Each Wagner Tuning intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only protects against environmental influences but also offers excellent heat conduction for long-lasting and optimal cooling. The intercooler kit is delivered complete and ready for installation. Thanks to the included custom crossbar, the intercooler can easily replace the standard parts. Due to the extreme size, it may be necessary to make minor adjustments to the radiator support.

The intercooler has been tested under extreme conditions and is pressure stable up to 6 bar. Each product undergoes constant quality control to ensure the highest reliability.
