Shipping Details/Refund & Return Policy

General

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days if the product is in stock, if not the customer will be notified that the product is out of stock.

All orders are shipped by us with DPD, UPS or DHL Express, with a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days. After the 7 days have passed, we unfortunately can't offer you a full refund or exchange of your product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received by the buyer. Additionally, it must be returned in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the supplier.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund applies:

  • Any product returned more than 7 days after receipt of delivery.
  • Any product that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts is not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts or cancelled orders. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discount items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.

Swap

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@svrautosport.com and send your item to: Minervastraat 4, 8870 IZEGEM.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send your product to: Minervastraat 4, 8870 IZEGEM

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
