With impressive intercooler core dimensions of 535mm x 332mm x 150mm (stepped to 19.2 litres), our intercooler provides a staggering 113.5% larger intake area and a whopping 120% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler.

Our Competition high-performance core is based on Tube Fin technology with internal turbulators. Despite its considerable size, the intercooler weighs only 12.5 kg, which contributes to better weight distribution and performance. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized by means of flow analysis in the CFD system, which minimizes back pressure and ensures excellent cooling capacity. Our intercoolers are provided with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity, which ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling performance. You can count on a constant improvement in performance. The complete installation package is ready to use and the replacement of the original intercooler is easy - a plug-and-play experience. The original intercooler hoses can still be used. Our intercooler has been tested to an impressive pressure of 6 bar and has proven its pressure resistance.
