Do you want to take the performance and efficiency of your BMW 335i (N54) to the next level? Then the Competition Intercooler EVO 2 is the perfect choice. This intercooler kit is specially designed to meet the high demands of BMW N54 and N55 -engines and provides an impressive performance boost.

The Competition Intercooler EVO 2 sets the standard with net dimensions of 520x210x150 mm (13,572 cc). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and a whopping 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your BMW deserves.

The heart of this intercooler is a high-quality Tube Fin core, equipped with internal turbulators for even better cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler weighs only 7.4 kg. The end caps are manufactured from high-quality cast aluminium and optimised using CFD flow analysis. The original click connections have been replaced and the inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø70 mm. The kit comes with 2 reinforced silicone hoses. Our EVO 2 intercooler offers excellent cooling performance and minimises back pressure, which is essential for optimum performance.

All intercoolers are provided with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction capacities, which ensures a long life and optimal cooling. The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. The intercooler is tested up to 6 bar and is pressure resistant.
