Product Description

Terminated Engine Harness for GM LS engines

The Terminated Engine Harness is a versatile, pre-assembled wiring harness suitable for a wide range of GM LS engine variants. Its comprehensive design supports both Gen 3 and Gen 4 LS engines and is perfect for use with Link ECUs. Please note that user modifications may be required for some applications. Consult the installation manual or contact the Link Tech Support team to confirm if this harness is suitable for your engine.

Supported engines:

  • Gen 3: LS1 / LS6
  • Gen 4: LS2 / LS3 / LS7*

Compatible ECUs:

  • G4X StormX: For cable-controlled throttle bodies.
  • G4X XtremeX: For both cable-actuated and drive-by-wire throttle bodies.

Important for Gen 4 engines:

  1. A camshaft sensor extension cable is required for the front camshaft sensor on Gen 4 engines.
  2. Minor modifications to the crank sensor connector are required (see installation manual).
  3. Injector adapter cables to USCar connector are required for most Gen 4 engines (Link PN 101-0287).
  4. To support the knock sensors on Gen 4 engines, the Link LS Gen 4 Knock Adapter Loom is required (PN 101-0306).
  5. For the Gen 4 MAP sensor, you'll need the Link LS Map Adapter Loom plus a Gen 3 to Gen 4 MAP sensor extension cable, or use a directly supported Link MAP sensor.

Key Features:

  • Support for both cable-actuated throttle bodies (via LS Stepper Adapter Loom) and drive-by-wire throttle bodies (via LS DBW Loom).
  • Equipped with a DTM4 CAN connector for use with Link CAN accessories and cables.
  • Bosch 2-pin EV1/Junior Timer injector connectors (for use with factory injectors; USCar adapters required for some injectors).
  • Support for the factory 7-pin coil connector.
  • Support for Link MAP sensors and Gen 3 factory MAP sensors (with LS Map Adapter Loom).
  • Support for the F Body alternator (AC Delco PN 3351075).
