Improved performance through optimized airflow to the turbochargers
The Eventuri F90 M5 Turbo Inlets are the perfect complement to our F90 M5 Intake System and ensure optimized airflow to the turbochargers. These carbon fiber inlets have a larger volume than the standard inlets by maintaining a larger diameter that extends to the turbochargers. With the original inlets, the diameter narrows immediately after connecting to the air intake, which causes a restriction, especially at higher boost pressures. We solved this restriction and designed the curvature to maximize the airflow, allowing the turbochargers to reach peak pressure faster.
During development, we tested various intakes, including versions with larger openings and a wider connection to the intakes. Test results showed that these changes offered no additional benefits. Therefore, we chose to further develop the current version, which performs optimally without any modifications and delivers the greatest performance gains.

Development and Comparisons:
During the development phase, two designs were tested: one for use with the current intake system and standard air boxes, and another set with larger openings for an oversized intake system. Testing on high-output F90 M5 models showed that the performance improvements were the same between the two designs. Therefore, we chose the design compatible with our current intake system, ensuring a seamless improvement without any modifications.

The advantages of the Eventuri Turbo Inlets lie in their reduced resistance to airflow, allowing the turbos to reach peak pressure more quickly throughout the rev range. When compared to the standard inlets, the difference is clearly visible: while the original inlets narrow immediately after connection, ours maintain a larger diameter, resulting in increased airflow and a smoother path to the turbos.
