Improved performance through optimized airflow to the turbochargers
The Eventuri F90 M5 Turbo Inlets are the perfect addition to our F90 M5 Intake System and ensure an optimized airflow to the turbochargers. These carbon fiber inlets have a larger volume than the standard inlets by maintaining a larger diameter that runs through to the turbos. With the standard inlets, the diameter decreases immediately after connecting to the air intake, which causes a restriction, especially at higher boost pressures. We have solved this restriction and designed the curvature in a way that the airflow is as smooth as possible, so that the turbos reach their peak pressure faster.
During development, we tested various inlets, including variants with larger openings and an enlarged connection to the inlets. Test results showed that these changes did not provide any additional benefits. Therefore, we chose to further develop the current version, which performs optimally without the need for modifications and which provides the best performance gains.

Development and Comparisons:
During the development phase, two designs were tested: one for use with the current intake system and stock air boxes, and another set with larger openings to accommodate an oversized intake system. Testing on high-output F90 M5 models showed that the performance gains were the same between both designs. Therefore, we chose the design that is compatible with our current intake system, ensuring a seamless improvement with no modifications required.
Performance gain:
The advantages of the Eventuri Turbo Inlets lie in providing a less resistant airflow, allowing the turbos to reach their peak pressure faster in the rev range. When comparing them to the standard inlets, the difference is clearly visible: where the original inlets go down to a narrower size immediately after connection, our inlets maintain a larger diameter, resulting in a greater airflow and a smoother path to the turbos.
