The Eventuri intake system for the BMW F87 M2 Competition is designed to increase the efficiency of the turbochargers. By replacing the standard air filter system with the patented Venturi filter housings and smoothly formed tubes, the air flows more smoothly to the turbochargers, allowing them to spool with less resistance. Since the M2 Competition has no air openings behind the grilles, sealed air ducts have been added to ensure that the intake temperature is kept as low as possible. The combination of the Venturi housings, organically shaped tubes and sealed air ducts results in an optimized intake that sets a new standard for this platform.

The Eventuri system for the M2 Competition uses our patented carbon fiber housings with the Generation 2 special filters, which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow from the filter to the turbos. This is not just a cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that utilizes the Venturi effect and provides laminar airflow to reduce drag on the turbo.
The Eventuri M2 Competition intake system contains the following components:

Details per component
Filter housing
The filter housings consist of the high-flow filters, aluminum cups, V-band clamp, laser-cut brackets and the patented carbon pods. These carbon pods enclose the inverted filter and direct the airflow evenly to the intake tubes, which enhances the Venturi effect.
Closed air ducts
The filter housings connect to specially designed carbon air ducts that fit over the original air ducts, directing cool ambient air to the filters. The ducts seal the filter openings and prevent warm air from entering.
