BMW N47N EGR Delete Kit (2009-2016)
Complete EGR and cooler delete kit for BMW with N47N, N47S. These engines were fitted to the following models:
- 116d, 118d, 120d, 125d - years 2012 - 2016 (F20 and F21)
- 218d, 220d, 225d - year 2012 - 2016 (F22)
- 316d, 318d, 320d, 325d, 328d - years 2010 - 2016 (E90, E91 and F20, F21)
- 520d, 525d - year 2011 - 2016 (F10 and F11)
- X3 18d, 20dX, 28dX - year 2012 - 2016 (F25)
- Some 2-series diesels, 4-series diesels, GT models and other BMWs

Kit contains everything needed to remove EGR and cooler. Mounting hardware included.
EGR kit parts are made of aluminum and anodized to prevent oxidation. The exhaust manifold seal is made of stainless steel and has a conical shape, which means that it seals due to its shape and there are no additional gaskets (which tend to burn through) are needed.
This removal kit improves airflow to the engine, giving more power, more torque and reducing turbo lag. It prevents carbon build-up in the intake manifold and reduces the amount of black smoke at full throttle.
Once mounted, the car will go into LIMP mode. To solve this, additional ECU adjustment is needed. Feel free to contact us for an appointment.
