BMW M47N/M57N2 EGR Delete Kit (2005-2010)
Complete BMW EGR removal kit to remove the EGR valve, EGR cooler and EGR pipe. No more broken EGR cooler pipes and no more broken EGR thermostats - you can remove everything. With this kit you don't have to cut any hoses to remove the cooler.

- BMW 118d, 318d - 90kW - construction years 2004 - 2008 (only if the car was originally equipped with a particulate filter)
- BMW 120d, 320d - 120kW - construction years 2004 - 2008 (only if the car was originally equipped with a particulate filter)

Kit contents: EGR bypass, exhaust manifold cover, two water pipe covers and mounting hardware.
EGR Bypass : Made of high-quality aluminum, designed to improve airflow as much as possible. Keeps the anti-shock valve intact, has a side bracket for mounting the engine cover, a thick base plate for extra strength, an original BMW gasket for a good seal with the manifold and new bolts.
Exhaust manifold cover plate : for correct blocking of exhaust gases. No additional gaskets required thanks to the conical shape.
Water stop covers : one piece of silicone and one piece of quick connect type.
Once mounted, the car will go into LIMP mode. To solve this, additional ECU adjustment is needed. Feel free to contact us for an appointment.
