All orders will be shipped within 2 business days if the product is in stock, if not the customer will be notified that the product is out of stock.
All orders are shipped by us with DPD, UPS or DHL Express, this uses a delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days. Once the 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange of you product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused condition and in the same condition as when received by the buyer. Additionally, it must also be returned in its original packaging.
To complete a return, we need an invoice or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the supplier.
There are certain situations where there is only a partial refund:
- Any product returned more than 7 days after receipt of delivery.
- Any product that is not returned in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to an error by us.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts or cancelled orders. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
If so, contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially credited.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
